We offer flexible tier-based pricing: $250/month for 1 employee, $200/month each for 2–5 employees, and $170/month each for 6+ employees. Your tier is determined by your total employee count, and you can upgrade to a lower per-employee rate as you scale.
Our all-inclusive EOR fee covers employment contracts, payroll processing, tax compliance, statutory contributions (RSSB, RAMA, hazard insurance), HR support, and more. Tier 2+ includes benefits administration and dedicated support.
No. We charge only the monthly EOR fee shown above. No setup fees, onboarding fees, or surprise charges. The only other costs are the statutory contributions your employees are required to pay.
Congratulations! You'll automatically move to Tier 2 pricing, saving $50/month per employee. The new rate applies to your next billing cycle with no penalties.
Yes, if your team size decreases, you'll move to the appropriate tier with no questions asked. We bill based on your current employee count each month.

We handle all termination procedures in compliance with Rwandan labor law. There are no additional fees for offboarding. You're only charged for the days the employee was active in that month.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and international wire transfers. Invoices are sent monthly, with the option to pay annually for a discount.
Employee training design and delivery is managed by the client employer. Umurimo handles compliance onboarding, documentation, and statutory training requirements only. Custom training programs can be arranged as additional services.
